Lila Stern-Shewry designs and makes unusual contemporary jewellery using Sterling Silver and large semi-precious stones. Using techniques such as granulation and wirework, the stones are surrounded by unique designs. Weaving and knitting with fine silver wire add another dimension to her work. The stones she incorporates into her work vary from high quality faceted stones such as aquamarine and tourmaline, cabochon ‘smooth polished of many different types of stone and also rough and semi polished pieces. In addition her new collection will feature items with antique Roman glass from the Middle East from 2000 years ago.

Lila has her own Gallery or shows her work at a number of trade and craft shows, such as the Country Living exhibition.

Lila designs bespoke rings for wedding or engagement as well as other jewels for the Bride and Groom, such as necklaces, tiaras, earrings and cuffinks.
