All featured products and prices (UK Pounds sterling) are subject to availability. If at any time we are unable to obtain the fragrances featuerd on this website, we will notify you by email. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery. All photos are used for illustration only but all our perfumes and skincare products are 100% genuine designer labels.
Refunds/Exchanges:
All products will be refunded or exchanged provided they have not been opened or used. You have a right to cancel your order within 7 days from receiving the goods, You must advice us immediately if you wish to cancel. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. You will be given a refund within 30 days of cancellation, providing these conditions have been met. Free refunds will be given where products are faulty or damaged.
Complaints:
Any Complaints arising, will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with current Company Policy. To register a complaint send an email to info@cottagewebs.co.uk. RRP refers to the recommended retail price of boxed stock available in the UK and should be used as a price and size comparison. Payment can be made by Secure On Line Payment Method via the website. This system uses Romart Shopping Cart software and payments are taken via our Cottagewebs Pay Pal account. To pay by Cheque/Cash or Postal Order please telephone (UK) 01243 820565) for our postal address. In Accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to a third party. We will try to deliver within 7 days - any delay will be notified to you immediately via e-mail and or Telephone/Fax but you should allow up to 14 days. None of the above effects your statutory rights.
